Aviva have issued a reverse stock split at a 19:25 ratio, so if you held 50 shares for example, this would become 38. Reverse stock splits reduce the number of shares available, potentially increasing the value of its remaining shares. This comes before a special dividend payment on May 31st, where the price drop seen currently will be reimbursed to share holders as a return of capital.
